Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings as determined by KingsCrowd reviews.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Make: is raising funds on Wefunder. The company aims to create a makers’ community and unleash potential, creativity, innovation, and hands-on learning. Make: promotes learning and making and empowers individuals to become active participants in shaping the world around them. Make:’s Maker Faire aims to enhance the sense of connection, belonging, and responsibility and enables people to exchange ideas and knowledge across various disciplines. Dale Dougherty founded Make: in June 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1.2 million. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
VSYN+, with a valuation of $28.8 million, is raising funds on EquityVest. It is the new home of sign language entertainment and offers high-quality movies and shows. VSYN+ movies and shows are created by talented deaf filmmakers and creators and are dedicated to people with hearing disabilities. The platform works on a subscription-based model and generates revenue from subscriptions, advertising, sponsorship, live events, and merchandise. Johnathan Adair and Todd Donnelly founded VSYN+ in January 2022. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $25,000 and a maximum target of $1.24 million. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Trashy, with a valuation of $7.5 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company makes chips using nutritious vegetable scraps. Trashy helps eliminate the tasteless and wasted organic greens in the fight against climate change while creating delicious and nutritious chips. The business sells through 600 premium locations to over 600,000 customers and has generated $2 million in revenue since its launch. Kaitlin Mogentale founded Trashy in September 2015. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $124,000. SuperCrowd LGBTQ Founders Offerings of the Week:
Moon Raccoon Baking Co. is raising funds on Honeycomb. It is a micro-bakery in Denver, Colorado, specializing in croissants made using organic grains. Moon Raccoon Baking Co. uses locally grown and milled ingredients to create high-quality products and also uses locally sourced eggs, cream, milk, and honey. The business has a loyal customer base and has been interviewed for the Denver edition of Star Chefs magazine. Zoe Deutsch and Kate Lange founded Moon Raccoon Baking Co. in January 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $60,000 and a maximum target of $124,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for the construction on a retail space.
