Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Just Cause Apparel, with a valuation of $5 million, is raising funds on Vicinity. The company partners with top apparel brands and offers private-label goods at standard pricing. Just Cause Apparel’s added twist is that it shares 50% of the net profits from its sales with a charity partner selected by its customers. The company has a loyal customer base and has partnerships with brands like Nike, Columbia Sportswear Company, Healing Hands, and The North Face. Scott Porter founded Just Cause Apparel in April 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $600,000 and a maximum target of $1.24 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for logistics and distribution, marketing and branding, technology and infrastructure, research and development, and sales and business development. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Boz, with a valuation of $9 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed a social platform to help people accomplish their dreams. Boz enables millions of people to work together, start companies, write books, find jobs, change careers, lose weight, or work on any project together. The platform is a combination of Github and Discord, and it has several beta customers who are excited to experiment with it. Andrew Staub and Seth Levy founded Boz in January 2024. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $450,000. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Get on Board, with a valuation of $6 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company has developed an AI-driven platform for humanizing IT hiring. Get on Board creates opportunities for talent growth and offers innovative AI-powered data services for companies and professionals. The platform has posted 40,000 jobs, sent 2 million applications, and has over 900,000 registered professionals. Sergio Nouvel, Jorge Rodriguez, and Agustina Colunga Richmond founded Get on Board in October 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $500,000. SuperCrowd LGBTQ Founders Offerings of the Week:
The Green Kitchen is raising funds on Honeycomb. It is a food catering business in Richmond, Virginia that caters to people with dietary needs. The Green Kitchen also caters to private events and dinners and offers cooking classes for people looking to enhance their culinary skills. The business also serves as a community hub to bring people together and connect over shared values and local resources. Tammy Brawley founded The Green Kitchen in October 2011. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $30,000 and a maximum target of $40,000.
