Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a curated list of new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. Using the SuperCrowd Classification Policy, we highlight offerings that qualify for Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership based on publicly available information and objective criteria. We prioritize these categories and also include other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community.
We organize the opportunities into four groups:
Social Impact offerings
Women in Leadership offerings
Underrepresented Founder Leadership offerings
Other new offerings added during the week
In some cases, classification details become clear only after additional public information is available. When an offering meets the criteria, we include it in the appropriate category, even if it was not part of the original weekly list. See the categorized offerings below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Jordan Energy is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Founded and led by Founder and CEO William “Bill” Jordan, with Managing Member and majority owner Nancy Jordan, the company develops solar and energy-storage projects for farms and food businesses, with a mission to strengthen the financial and operational health of rural communities through clean energy. Since 2009, Jordan Energy has provided end-to-end project management, coordinating projects from design and EPC planning through construction and successful system turn-on. The company has completed 135 projects totaling 33.25 MW, with more than 85% of its historical business serving family farms and food companies.
Jordan Energy has developed projects across 22 states and is currently concentrating its pipeline in seven states with supportive renewable-energy policies and incentives. The company has eight projects under construction, representing 3.637 MW of solar and 1.264 MW AC of battery storage, along with a broader pipeline of 25 projects totaling approximately 150 MW. Its current contracted projects include the Five Crowns Tracy solar and battery energy storage project, Five Crowns Brawley solar project, Talbott Farms agrivoltaic project over a peach orchard, and Puglisi Eggs DE Phase II solar project. The company has also achieved a 97% historical grant award success rate for its rural market clients and signed approximately $8.86 million in contracts during 2026 to date.
The business has demonstrated growth, with revenue increasing from approximately $9.02 million in 2024 to $13.01 million in 2025, while gross profit grew from approximately $1.89 million to $2.31 million. Jordan Energy reported approximately $84,000 in net income in 2024 and a net loss of approximately $22,000 in 2025. Since the end of 2025, the company has signed approximately $8.86 million in additional contracts, including two related to battery energy storage, while its business model is structured to make contracts cash-flow positive from the beginning.
The proceeds from the current crowdfunding campaign will be used for general working capital and to support the development and construction of solar and storage projects for farms and rural businesses. Potential uses include preliminary project analysis, grant and incentive applications, system design, EPC bidding, engineering, permitting, interconnection, contractor coordination, and construction management. Beyond supporting its active project pipeline, Jordan Energy sees this offering as a first step toward creating a broader pathway for farmers and rural community members to invest alongside the company in clean-energy projects serving their communities and participate more directly in the financial value those projects generate. With more than 15 years of experience, an active construction portfolio, a growing pipeline, and a focus on expanding local participation in renewable-energy investment, Jordan Energy aims to help power stronger farms and rural communities through clean energy rooted in trust. SuperCrowd Women in Leadership Offerings of the Week:
Sempresto, with a valuation of $14.9 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Founded by Co-Founder and CEO Elizabeth Reczek, Co-Founder and Scientific Advisory Board Chairman Edmund Pribitkin, and Co-Founder and Executive Chairman Shawn Marcell, the company is developing a cellphone-integrated autoinjector designed to make life-saving emergency medications easier for patients to carry. Its first product is designed to deliver epinephrine, an established treatment for anaphylaxis, through an autoinjector that attaches directly to MagSafe/Qi2-compatible smartphones. The company aims to address the challenge of patients not having their emergency medication with them when needed, with its device designed to make the medication easier to keep accessible as part of everyday life.
Sempresto has developed working prototypes and built an intellectual property portfolio with 15 issued patents and 10 pending patent applications covering areas including device design, mobile-device integration, safety mechanisms, heat shielding, and connectivity. The company is backed by $2.6 million in angel investment and has announced a strategic partnership with Thomas Jefferson University, expanding on an exclusive license for its core platform technology. An independent study of 300 allergy patients and parents found that 92% of respondents said they would purchase a Sempresto autoinjector instead of or in addition to their current device. The company also highlights a leadership team with experience across medical devices, life sciences, business development, and commercialization, collectively having led three IPOs and more than 30 commercial product launches.
The company plans to generate revenue through prescription device sales and subscription revenue sharing with its tele-health partners. Sempresto’s companion app is intended to provide training, guidance, and refill reminders, with an optional premium tier designed to provide 24/7 access to emergency medicine practitioners through its tele-health partner, Health Alliance Global. The company is targeting the more than 33 million Americans living with food allergies, along with additional patients affected by bee sting and medication allergies and sees a broader opportunity to expand its platform into other emergency rescue medications.
Sempresto is targeting FDA and EMEA clearance, with an FDA filing targeted within approximately 18 months and a planned commercial launch in 2028. The company believes its regulatory strategy could allow it to leverage existing safety and efficacy data for epinephrine rather than developing a new drug formulation, although regulatory timelines and approvals remain subject to uncertainty. With a patented smartphone-integrated delivery platform, early funding and institutional partnerships, validated patient interest, and plans to expand beyond epinephrine into additional rescue medications, Sempresto aims to modernize emergency medicine delivery and make life-saving treatments easier for patients to carry and access when emergencies occur. SuperCrowd Underrepresented Founder Leadership Offerings of the Week:
El Corazón, with a valuation of $21.84 million, is raising funds on DealMaker Securities. Founded by Las Vegas hospitality entrepreneur Jonathan Fine, the company is developing an upscale Mexican restaurant and entertainment destination at Treasure Island on the Las Vegas Strip, with a targeted opening in January 2027. The approximately 23,000-square-foot venue is designed around six revenue streams, including premium dining, a bar and agave program, a destination lounge, private dining and events, conventions and weddings, and late-night VIP experiences. Fine brings experience from operating multiple Las Vegas venues through Fine Entertainment, which serves more than 1 million meals annually and has built a loyalty base of over 170,000 customers. The company has signed a 10-year lease with Treasure Island, secured $5 million in tenant improvement commitments, and has construction underway. The current crowdfunding campaign seeks to raise up to approximately $5 million, with the majority of proceeds planned for the facilities build-out, along with marketing, offering-related fees, and legal and professional services. With a prominent Strip location, multiple planned revenue channels, and an experienced hospitality operator leading the project, El Corazón aims to become a new destination for dining, entertainment, private events, and nightlife in Las Vegas.
