Karl Dakin, founder of V2R LLC and an expert in capital formation and early-stage financing, is conducting a limited field validation of the fifth EIS program, First Business Funding. Designed as a self-directed, self-paced, affordable super mentor, EIS can help an entrepreneur with what they don’t know about raising capital through application of Karl Dakin’s Motivated Money Method toward finding a business’ Funding Soulmate. Participants will be guided through five key activities leading to the First Funding Milestone using interactive explanations, illustrations, quizzes, role-playing exercises, and AI coaching. The AI avatar will generate a capital strategy based on resource needs for the next three years, sort through stakeholders to determine qualified investor candidates, craft custom offers that align with the investor candidates, plan a capital campaign, support campaign preparation and management of the campaign.
We are seeking a small number of businesses that:
• Have established revenue;
• Have not yet begun a capital fundraising campaign; and
• Are willing to provide feedback on the system’s real-world performance.
There is no upfront participation fee. If the Entrepreneur Intelligence System successfully helps your business secure funding and proven its value, V2R will request a success fee that is only a fraction of the planned retail price of the system.
