Before you consider investing, you’ll want to know what The Super Crowd, Inc., a public benefit corporation (TSCI), is. TSCI is the business that hosts—with lots of help—SuperCrowd23 and related events. We’ll add more events in the coming months, with three local events planned for fall this year and monthly webinars starting next month!
We’ll generate most of our revenue from sponsors, making attendance affordable for aspiring entrepreneurs, small business owners and those interested in learning how to better support them.

TSCI is not a charity; your investment is not a donation. We have proven we can execute conferences profitably and have detailed plans for scaling the business tenfold over the next five years. Simple Structure
TSCI’s organizational structure as a Deleware public benefit corporation makes it easy to follow and understand. This set up relatively ordinary. Any dividends we pay will generate a simple 1099, similar to the one you get from the bank.
