Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
iCode Las Vegas is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit to expand access to its hands‑on STEM education programs for students across the Las Vegas area. The center offers technology‑focused learning experiences in coding, robotics, game development, digital design, cybersecurity, and math enrichment, all delivered through structured pathways, camps, clubs, and workshops. Known for its project‑based approach and real‑world industry alignment, iCode emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and technical mastery. The business has also secured STEM.org certification for its curriculum and implemented blockchain verification for student certificates to ensure secure, permanent academic records.
iCode Las Vegas is led by CEO Robbie Pearce and operates with a mission to prepare tomorrow’s creators through immersive learning and rigorous instruction. The center continues to differentiate itself with instructor certification, proprietary curriculum development, and a learning environment built around meaningful projects rather than simple exercises. Its programs give students both foundational competence and advanced skill development in fields shaping the modern workforce.
The current crowdfunding campaign will be used to purchase new equipment that will support expansion into local YMCAs, enabling broader community outreach and engagement. Once these satellite hubs are operational, iCode plans to promote its Tech Club curriculum to local schools, significantly extending the reach of its in‑house developed STEM programming and ensuring the center remains innovative, relevant, and accessible to more families throughout the region. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
EDERRA, with a valuation of $5 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is a farm‑to‑body functional superfood brand focused on delivering clean, minimally processed nutrition sourced directly from local farms. EDERRA’s flagship product, EMPWR+, is a broccoli microgreens and Lion’s Mane supplement harvested and freeze‑dried on the same day to preserve maximum nutrient density. Led by CEO Vladi Delsoglio, the company has built a strong foundation through STEM‑backed product development, strategic partnerships with California’s largest microgreen farm, and a high‑caliber advisory team from leading nutrition and biotech companies. EDERRA has also implemented blockchain verification for its certificates and now sees more than 65% of its revenue coming from returning customers.
The current crowdfunding campaign aims to raise $124,000 to help EDERRA scale production, expand nationally, strengthen direct‑to‑consumer channels, and launch new farm‑to‑body wellness products including skincare, booster shots, and performance supplements. Additional priorities include investing in new technologies to streamline manufacturing, forming co‑manufacturing partnerships to reach up to 9,000 units per week, and expanding retail presence beyond its current network of 15+ natural product stores, restaurants, and wellness clinics. With the global superfood market valued at $182 billion, EDERRA is positioning itself to capture significant share through its dual D2C subscription model and B2B partnerships with wellness centers, restaurants, and corporate clients.
Investors in this round will receive a 10% discount SAFE, capped at a $5 million valuation ($4.5 million for the first $50,000 invested), along with exclusive product perks. EDERRA’s mission is to redefine wellness with transparency, purity, and sustainability—offering simple, science‑backed nutrition without fillers or over‑processed ingredients. By pioneering the farm‑to‑body category, the company aims to bring integrity back to the supplement space and build a household brand rooted in real ingredients and real results. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Hidroklear, an advanced water treatment company, is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. The business specializes in eco‑friendly, science‑driven solutions for swimming pools, spas, and aquatic facilities, offering high‑performance products that improve water clarity, enhance sanitation efficiency, and reduce chemical and water consumption. Hidroklear’s portfolio includes its phosphate remover PhosGone, cyanuric‑acid‑reducing CAT‑41 formula, and a range of natural clarifiers and chelating agents, all developed to meet regulatory standards such as CDC‑MAHC, NSF/ANSI 50, and NOM‑245‑SSA1. The company is led by CEO Roberto Antonio Flores and co-owner Biologist Claudia Rodríguez, a leadership team recognized internationally for advancing public health and environmental safety in aquatic operations.
Hidroklear combines innovative chemistry, regulatory expertise, and environmentally responsible practices to support both commercial and residential operators in maintaining “Healthy, Safe, Sustainable, and Inclusive” aquatic environments. The company also provides specialized training and certifications to help facility operators implement best‑in‑class water management protocols. While the valuation was not disclosed, the offering reflects a growing demand for sustainable, science‑based water treatment solutions across the U.S. and Mexico.
The current Honeycomb Credit crowdfunding campaign will support equipment upgrades for blending and bottling, raw materials procurement, packaging improvements, and expanded distribution. Funds will also help complete USDA BioPreferred certification, continue NSF/ANSI compliance testing, and increase marketing and logistics capacity. These investments are aimed at boosting production efficiency, reducing unit costs, accelerating order fulfillment, and positioning Hidroklear for broader adoption by distributors, hospitality groups, and institutional buyers.
