Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Handprint, with a valuation of $23 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed a SaaS marketplace that enables companies to increase their profits by restoring the planet. Handprint is a nature tech company that gives verified Nature Credits to companies that offset their carbon footprint and help in restoring ecosystems. The company is unique in rewriting capitalism with ecosystem restoration, for which it won the Microsoft Green Tech Challenge 2021 and Tech in Asia Startup 2023. Mathias Boissonot, Dr. Ryan Merrill, and Simon Schillebeeckx founded Handprint in December 2023. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1.24 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for US sales and marketing, advancement of the software solution and impact data team, and acquisition of subsidiary companies in Indonesia and Singapore. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
SUMAC is raising funds on Honeycomb. It is a restaurant in Los Angeles, California, known for its Mediterranean flavors and dining experiences. SUMAC offers a diverse menu of traditional dishes with modern twists and also caters to special events and gatherings. The restaurant has a loyal customer base and has been ranked among the Top 22 LA Mediterranean Restaurants. Eli Berchan founded SUMAC in November 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $100,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for new furniture, remodeling, and a new machine to make pasta. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
BOARDS: Charcuterie + is raising funds on Wefunder. The company plans to offer an organic farm-to-table charcuterie experience featuring boards. BOARDS: Charcuterie + offerings will be nature-inspired and chef-crafted and include artisanal charcuterie, crudites, and baked goods crafted from locally sourced ingredients. The business is aimed at health-conscious consumers and is committed to environmental stewardship and community engagement. Dana Minuta founded BOARDS: Charcuterie + in February 2024. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $124,000.
