Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Grid Reliability for Albany is raising funds on Climatize. The project aims to strengthen the local grid by deploying clean, fast-response battery storage that reduces strain during peak demand, decreases reliance on fossil-fuel peaker plants, and supports greater integration of renewable energy in New York. The offering is developed by Adaptive Infrastructure Partners (AIP), a firm specializing in innovative, future-ready infrastructure solutions for the electric distribution grid. AIP has partnered with Stem, Globus Thenken, Moment Energy, and Unified Ground to deliver a scalable, cost-effective Non-Wires Alternative (NWA) solution at the New Krumkill Substation in Albany, NY.
The current investment campaign proceeds will be used solely for pre-development expenditures of the Albany project. Phase I is planned to go live in 2026 with 0.2 MW / 0.7 MWh of capacity, followed by a planned expansion to 2.2 MW / 9.0 MWh by 2030. A secured revenue agreement is already in place, providing confidence as the project moves from planning to execution. Morris Cox leads the project as the founder. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Good Tenants Services is raising funds on Netcapital. The company is revolutionizing the $4.5 trillion rental market with its PropTech platform that connects pre-screened tenants with landlords, property managers, and real estate professionals. Unlike traditional PropTech companies that focus on properties, Good Tenants focuses on people—helping reliable renters save money and lease faster with reusable application packages while reducing costly vacancies for landlords. The company’s platform generates multiple revenue streams through subscriptions, one-time application fees, referral programs, and commissions, creating a scalable business model with national growth potential. Jessie Hunter founded Good Tenants Services after 16 years as a real estate broker and personal experience witnessing families locked out of housing following the mortgage crisis. The current crowdfunding campaign will support the finalization of the platform’s MVP, development of the Good Tenants Learning Community, marketing, and nationwide expansion. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
CLARA, with a valuation of $15 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed an intelligent orchestration platform for surgical services that connects everything and everyone in real time. Acting like a “Find My” for healthcare, CLARA helps locate equipment and people needed in the operating room and sends automated alerts when it is time for their part. The company was built by clinicians for clinicians, with surgeons, nurses, and healthcare leaders guiding development. CLARA has already launched a successful and highly complex pilot environment at the University of Washington and is gaining early praise from medical professionals for its potential to improve patient outcomes. Melinda Yormick and Aaron Cooke founded CLARA in September 2022. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $124,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for R&D, payroll, and marketing. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
