Larry Sherwood, president and CEO of Interstate Renewable Energy Council reminds us that once solar panels are paid for, all the electricity that results is free. Wind energy, similarly, is virtually free after you buy the turbine. Neither requires fuel.
For decades, the Interstate Renewable Energy Council has been working to help states and municipalities implement rules and regulations that support renewable energy.
