Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, or minority founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Frontier Bio, with a valuation of $24 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is focused on engineering human tissues to address two major challenges in medicine: the global organ shortage and the continued reliance on animal testing in drug development. Led by CEO Eric Bennett, MSc, Frontier Bio develops advanced human tissue models for research and is advancing implantable tissue technologies designed to improve patient outcomes. The company has already generated $5.5 million in cumulative sales, demonstrating strong commercial demand for its human cell–based tissue models.
Frontier Bio’s technology enables researchers and pharmaceutical companies to test therapies using lab-grown human tissue that more accurately reflects human biology than traditional animal models. The company’s models replicate biological functions of tissues such as brain, lung, and blood vessels, allowing partners to study disease and evaluate drugs and cell therapies earlier in development. Frontier Bio also collaborates with leading institutions and organizations, including Mayo Clinic and Intuitive Surgical, and has received support from venture investors, NSF SBIR funding, and advisors including George Church. With multiple patent families protecting its core technologies, the company is building a defensible platform in the growing human tissue engineering market.
Beyond research tools, Frontier Bio is advancing a regenerative vascular graft designed to use a patient’s own stem cells to create living blood vessels that integrate naturally into the body. The graft is intended to address the limitations and high failure rates of synthetic vascular implants and could be used in applications such as dialysis access, coronary artery bypass, peripheral artery bypass, and trauma repair. The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used to advance preclinical testing of the vascular graft program, scale customer acquisition for the company’s human tissue models, and expand commercial and government partnerships as Frontier Bio works toward its long-term vision of enabling lab-grown organs and eliminating the organ transplant waitlist. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
RePurpose Energy, with a valuation of $30 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company focuses on transforming retired electric vehicle (EV) batteries into energy storage systems, extending their useful life and reducing battery waste. Led by Chief Executive Officer, Principal Accounting Officer, and Director Jae Wan Park, RePurpose Energy aims to provide cleaner and more affordable energy storage solutions by repurposing EV batteries that still retain 40–80% of their usable capacity after vehicle use. The company has raised $2.7 million in pre-Series A funding and secured more than $9.99 million in non-dilutive grants, supported by public-sector programs and expert founders from UC Davis.
RePurpose Energy has developed patented safety and testing technologies to support the large-scale deployment of second-life battery systems. Its innovations include rapid state-of-health testing that evaluates EV batteries in approximately 90 seconds, a proprietary non-destructive fire-suppression system, and a mobile diagnostic device compatible with multiple EV battery brands. The company delivered its first commercial energy storage system—a 1.2 MWh installation—to Nissan USA headquarters in Tennessee in 2024 and has also secured a feasibility study and product development work related to repurposing electric bus batteries.
The company operates in the rapidly expanding second-life battery market, projected to reach over $28 billion by 2031 as EV adoption accelerates. RePurpose Energy has received several industry recognitions, including being named among TIME’s Top 200 U.S. GreenTech Companies in 2024 and winning the U.S. Department of Energy’s Re-X Before Recycling Prize. The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will support further commercialization of its repurposed battery energy storage systems, expansion of its battery testing and safety technologies, and continued development of scalable solutions that reduce emissions while addressing the growing demand for energy storage. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Conference Connect, with a valuation of $17 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Founded and led by CEO Ashley Wilson, the company operates a multisided digital marketplace designed to connect conference organizers, speakers, sponsors, and attendees in one centralized platform. Conference Connect addresses the fragmented nature of the events industry by enabling users to discover, book, and review conferences and speakers in a transparent ecosystem. Since its launch in February 2024, the platform has experienced strong traction, including average quarterly site visitor growth of 158%, more than 3,300 registered users, over 500 event and speaker reviews, and more than 900 event and speaker profile shares.
Conference Connect aims to simplify the process of finding relevant conferences, speakers, and sponsorship opportunities while improving event ROI. Speakers can build dynamic profiles with videos, credentials, and availability, organizers can post events with detailed agendas and ticketing options, and attendees can browse and purchase tickets based on interests and reviews. The platform also generates engagement data that powers insights into attendee preferences and speaker demand. The company operates multiple revenue streams, including ticketing fees, affiliate commissions on ticket and service sales, premium matchmaking services, advertising and sponsorship opportunities, and data analytics products.
The company operates within the rapidly expanding events and conferences industry, which is projected to reach $1.5 trillion globally, with the U.S. corporate events market alone expected to grow to $510.9 billion by 2030. Conference Connect has already secured early commercial traction through ticket affiliate agreements with seven events and vendor affiliate contracts with five organizations. The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used for product development, including AI-powered features, marketing to accelerate user adoption across the platform, and operational expansion to support onboarding and improve the overall user experience as the company works toward becoming the leading global marketplace for conferences and speakers.
