Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, or minority founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Fisher Wallace Labs, with a valuation of $120.5 million, is raising funds on DealMaker Securities. The company develops wearable brain stimulation technology designed to improve emotional stability, cognitive resilience, and sleep at scale. Its next-generation device, OAK®, utilizes transcranial alternating current stimulation (tACS) to support brain health for veterans, first responders, active-duty personnel, and broader consumer and institutional markets. The company’s technology has been studied in collaboration with organizations including the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and has demonstrated effectiveness in clinical and real-world settings.
Kelly Roman co-founded Fisher Wallace Labs and serves as CEO, alongside co-founder and Chairman Charles “Chip” Fisher. Originally established in 2007 as a clinical research and product development partnership and incorporated in 2019 to commercialize its innovations, the company has already seen adoption of its proof-of-concept device by approximately 60,000 patients treating depression, anxiety, and insomnia. Clinical trials and studies—including research conducted with Harvard Medical School—have shown measurable improvements in mood, sleep, and cognition, with no serious side effects reported.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support the continued development, regulatory advancement, and commercialization of the OAK® platform, including anticipated FDA clearance targeted for Summer 2026. Proceeds will also help scale manufacturing, expand institutional partnerships across government and healthcare sectors, and position the company for insurance reimbursement pathways, enabling broader access to its non-pharmacological brain health technology. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Eko Music, with a valuation of $8 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is building a creator-first music ecosystem designed to empower artists’ creative and financial sovereignty while transforming fans into active stakeholders. Eko Music’s platform enables artists to monetize their work on their own terms, cultivate deeper community relationships, and participate in a more equitable, ownership-driven music economy.
The company is led by Chief Executive Officer Ashton Horiuchi and was founded by artists for artists, including Grammy-winning producer Ivan “ill Factor” Corraliza. Since launch, Eko Music has demonstrated early traction, raising $20,000 in its first two weeks as a startup and generating over $100,000 in crowdfunding reservations in less than a week, signaling strong market interest in artist-owned financial and creative infrastructure.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support platform development, ecosystem expansion, and artist onboarding as the company works to redefine participation in music and culture. Proceeds will help scale technology, strengthen artist monetization tools, and build a global community where fans and creators share in both cultural impact and financial upside. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
GenWell, with a valuation of $6 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is building a trusted health discovery, care navigation, and marketplace platform focused on women’s health, designed to connect users with credible clinicians, vetted brands, and personalized care pathways through an AI-driven, content-led experience. GenWell aims to become the foundational infrastructure layer where modern health discovery begins—online and socially—while addressing misinformation and fragmented care navigation.
The company was founded by Eris Hanson, an experienced digital health and marketplace operator with leadership experience across organizations including Optum, UHC, Rally, and Carrot. GenWell has already demonstrated early traction through backing from Johns Hopkins Medicine and Sibley Hospital via the Ward Infinity accelerator, the curation of 400+ verified medfluencers for its private beta, acquisition of 51,000+ medical-grade content assets to train AI models, and an organically grown waitlist of 600+ women. The broader team and advisors bring experience from healthcare, AI, media, and consumer platforms.
The current crowdfunding campaign includes a $100,000 early allocation aimed at strategic angels and community advocates. Proceeds will be used to expand private beta testing, onboard up to 500 women’s health experts, train AI-powered care navigation across its content library, secure distribution partnerships, and build proof points ahead of an institutional pre-seed round and public app launch planned for Spring 2026.
