You can advertise in Superpowers for Good. Click to learn more.
Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a curated list of new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. Using the SuperCrowd Classification Policy, we highlight offerings that qualify for Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership based on publicly available information and objective criteria. We prioritize these categories and also include other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community.
We organize the opportunities into four groups:
Social Impact offerings
Women in Leadership offerings
Underrepresented Founder Leadership offerings
Other new offerings added during the week
In some cases, classification details become clear only after additional public information is available. When an offering meets the criteria, we include it in the appropriate category, even if it was not part of the original weekly list. See the categorized offerings below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
EVII Mission Hills, with a valuation of $11.98 million, is raising funds on Highlander Crowdfunding. Founded and led by CEO Aaron Zeraldo, with COO Warren Navarro, the company is developing a next-generation, experience-driven electric vehicle charging hub located at the convergence of the I-405, I-5, and SR-118 in Los Angeles. EVII Mission Hills is reimagining traditional gas station infrastructure by combining Tesla V4 fast-charging technology with a premium, destination-style experience that includes a robot barista, hot food offerings, high-end restrooms, and a fully integrated digital loyalty ecosystem. The flagship site will feature 19 Tesla V4 fast-charging stalls positioned in a high-traffic corridor with over 600,000 daily vehicles, creating a prime location advantage that is difficult to replicate.
The business operates on a diversified revenue model with six income streams, including EV charging fees, Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) credits, food and beverage sales, automated coffee services, smart vending, and a digital app-based ecosystem, all designed to monetize the 15–40minute dwell time of EV drivers. Year one projections include over $3 million in charging revenue and additional income from ancillary services, highlighting the potential for strong unit economics. The company has already demonstrated early traction, raising over $2 million from more than 3,400 investors in its initial round and securing key infrastructure commitments, including 4,000A power from LADWP and agreements supporting Tesla integration.
EVII Mission Hills offers investors direct equity ownership in a single high-performance location, with potential semiannual distributions tied to the operating performance of the asset, introducing a new category at the intersection of real estate and clean energy infrastructure. Construction is expected to begin in mid-2026, with operations targeted for early 2027. With a strategic location, multiple revenue streams, and a differentiated “Experience-Driven Charging™” model, EVII Mission Hills aims to establish a scalable blueprint for the future of EV charging destinations while capitalizing on the rapid growth of electric vehicle adoption in California.
