Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:

Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.
SuperCrowd Social Impact Offering(s) of the Week:
Equal Exchange is raising funds on CrowdFund Mainstreet. The company aims to build alternative trade networks to put the power back in the hands of farmers and eaters. Equal Exchange is trading with small farmer co-ops and supporting farmer-led innovative programs to build a democratic food system with the participation of farmers, workers, and consumers. Jonathan Rosenthal, Rink Dickinson, and Michael Rozyne founded Equal Exchange in February 1986. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $1.5 million. The campaign proceeds will be used to fund the acquisition of finished chocolate and tea inventory, green coffee inventory, and nuts and dried fruit inventory, build improvements, and market the company. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offering(s) of the Week:
House Taco is raising funds on Honeycomb. It is a family-owned taco restaurant and bar in Columbus, Ohio. House Taco serves tacos, bowls, nachos, appetizers, and cocktails and offers dine-in, delivery, curbside pickup, takeout, and catering services. The restaurant serves as a good place for people to watch sports, enjoy drinks and food, and get together with their friends and family. Zachary Martin founded House Taco in September 2023. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $40,000 and a maximum target of $80,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for inventory, marketing, hiring, working capital, and purchasing a bar freezer, a bar cooler, bar stools, two new bar tables, a draft system, patio furniture, open-air windows, and kitchen equipment. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offering(s) of the Week:
Peaceful Bend Vineyard is raising funds on Honeycomb. It is an age-old winery and meadery in Steelville, Missouri, focused on high-quality products and hospitality. Peaceful Bend Vineyard not only offers wine but also features an eatery, beer, events, and beautiful scenery for its visitors. The wines and beers at Peaceful Bend Vineyard are made in small batches and are carefully blended to enhance the flavors of grapes. Clyde Gill and Katie Nott founded Peaceful Bend Vineyard in August 1998. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $60,000 and a maximum target of $124,000.
