Offering: The first goal is to further develop the technology. We have a great team and have already identified others who we’ll hire to continue to build the most robust and effective VR based learning management system for doctors. We will also hire marketing, business development and PR professionals in order to ensure we achieve a high rate of customer adoption. Our passion is to make hospitals safer, and with your investment we can.
Terms: The investment vehicle is titled Crowd Safe- a simple agreement for future equity. Details can be found here: https://republic.co/learn/investors/crowdsafe. We also offer many perks outlined on our Republic campaign page for various investment levels.
Anecdote: When we showed 42 Cardiothoracic surgeons in Napa Valley, CA an Open Heart case in Boon VR, it made me realize how effective and important our platform will be to the medical industry. 100% of attendees preferred VR based training over video and said that they would use it if it was available. The vast amount of positive feedback we’ve received has driven myself and our team to make VR based training a reality for all hospitals and medical procedures.
