Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
El Centro Home is raising funds on SmallChange.co. The project involves the transformation of a vacant warehouse into a dynamic workforce training school, targeting students who have disengaged from traditional high school. This initiative, led by a Latino-owned firm, aims to revitalize the local community by providing educational opportunities for 200 students annually, primarily local residents. The project will create 50 construction jobs and 20 permanent positions upon completion, which is anticipated soon. El Centro Home stands out for its commitment to community impact, with a focus on job creation and educational enhancement.
The current crowdfunding campaign aims to raise $2.4 million through two offerings, including a 506(c) offering for accredited investors. Investors can expect an anticipated 2.35X return on investment over a 9-year horizon. The project includes a 10-year triple net lease (NNN), with facilities for classrooms, culinary training, and more, situated near transit, food, and shops. Preferred equity is offered, and the campaign closes on April 30, 2025, with an option to cancel investments by April 28, 2025. This investment not only promises financial returns but also contributes to the significant social impact of revitalizing a community and providing pathways to success for local youth.
SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
LIT Motors, with a valuation of $81 million, is raising funds on Wefunder to bring their revolutionary self-balancing two-wheeled electric car to market. This groundbreaking technology provides a simple, efficient, and elegant solution to urban transportation challenges, targeting a $1.01 trillion total addressable market (TAM) with expectations to reach $5 trillion by 2030. LIT Motors has already garnered over 1300 preorders, projecting $41.6 million in revenue at a $32,000 MSRP. The team, composed of world-class engineers from Raytheon, Honeywell, and Audi, boasts 121 years of combined experience and has secured 15 issued US patents, 23 utility patents, and 49 international patents, with over 130 additional patent applications.
The AEV (Auto-balance Electric Vehicle) from LIT Motors is designed for urban commuters, offering a faster, cheaper, and more convenient alternative to public transportation and full-size vehicles. With a smaller battery that reduces charge time and replacement costs, the AEV can be charged in as little as five minutes using a Tesla supercharger or up to six hours with a standard 110V outlet. The vehicle seats two and is easy to maneuver and park, making it ideal for city living. Backed by investors such as Mark Pincus, Joe Gebbia, Kim Jung-Ju, Yves Behar, Scott Belsky, and Kelly Slater, LIT Motors plans to disrupt the traditional car and motorcycle markets, aiming for a go-to-market timeline of 18-36 months following the close of equity crowdfunding and private financing rounds.
SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Earth's Echo Farm, a recipient of the 2019 Tri County/City Soil and Water Conservation District Clean Farm Award for the Rappahannock River Watershed, is raising funds on Honeycomb. Founded by Robert and Gini in 2014, this family-owned, pasture-based enterprise is dedicated to regenerative agriculture and sustainable farming practices. Situated along the scenic Rappahannock River, just four miles east of downtown Fredericksburg, Earth's Echo Farm is committed to environmental stewardship, producing nutrient-dense food while ensuring the care of their soil, animals, and customers.
Currently operating at full capacity, Earth's Echo Farm plans to utilize the funds to purchase essential equipment, doubling the size of its flock and significantly increasing production within a year.
