Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Next Bolt is raising funds through Reg A+ crowdfunding with Dealmaker Securities as the Broker-Dealer. The company is developing the first affordable home energy storage battery. The battery will be sold for as low as $100 a month and will work great for clean energy storage. Next Bolt battery will pull and store energy during the non-peak hours, and the stored electricity can be used during peak hours. The battery is expected to be perfect for powering homes, commercial, the solar industry, and electric vehicle charging. Jason Adams founded Next Bolt in August 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a maximum target of $75 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for product development, engineering, production, customer experience and support, fulfillment marketing, sales, and general and administrative expenses. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Nopalera, with a valuation of $15 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. It is a clean skincare brand that makes products using Nopal, a prickly pear cactus. Nopalera’s bath and body products are powered by Nopal cactus, which is known as one of the most versatile, sustainable, and nourishing plants in the world. The business has over 55,000 D2C customers and has generated $3.2 million in revenue in three years. Sandra Velasquez founded Nopalera in December 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $500,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for product and innovation, team, clinicals, and marketing. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Authors A.I., with a valuation of $8.69 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has developed an artificial intelligence platform for fiction analysis and book recommendations. Authors A.I.’s platform, Marlowe, keeps authors at the center of the book-writing process and provides AI-assisted editing by analyzing fictional narratives written by real people. The platform offers several benefits to publishers and retailers and aims to target streaming media, filmmaking, and podcasting soon. Alessandra Torre and JD Lasica founded Authors A.I. in November 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $15,000 and a maximum target of $1.2 million. SuperCrowd LGBTQ Founders Offerings of the Week:
Ecotone Renewables is raising funds on Honeycomb. It is a public benefit corporation in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania that is advancing sustainability in local communities. The business offers innovation and climate-smart practices for communities to achieve sustainability. Ecotone Renewables is also supporting urban agriculture with its anaerobic digestion technology to process food waste and replenish degraded soil. Dylan Lew, Kyle Wyche, and Elliott Bennett founded Ecotone Renewables in July 2022. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1.24 million.
