SuperCrowd Social Impact Offering(s) of the Week:
Countryside Solar Portfolio is raising funds on Climatize. The project portfolio includes five projects, namely Pulliam Trucking and Farm, Rocky Acres Farm, Wooden Nickel Farm, La Finca Naturals, and Elephant Cloud. The Countryside Solar Portfolio project will provide solar installation and battery storage to the five farms and will help to avoid several metric tons of carbon dioxide equivalent. John Carey founded Countryside Solar Portfolio in May 2023. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $885,000. Steeped Coffee, with a valuation of $38 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company makes specialty coffee that is brewed like tea in a single-serve bag. Steeped Coffee’s single-serve bags do not require any machine for brewing and come in compostable and sustainable packaging. The coffee is barista-approved and ultra-premium and has partnered with over 400 top coffee brand partners. Josh Wilbur founded Steeped Coffee in April 2017. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $5 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for sales and marketing, general working capital, leadership and management, accounting systems implementation, and intellectual property and legal costs. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offering(s) of the Week:
Zette, with a valuation of $22 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company has developed a platform that drops paywalls from articles with just one click. Zette works on a pay-per-article model and lets users legally unlock paywalled news and get access to over 100 publishers. The platform has publisher deals with companies like New Scientist, Miami Herald, and Forbes and has over 50,000 registered users with five times year-over-year growth rate. Yehong Zhu and Mo Samsami founded Zette in July 2020. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $1.24 million. FuelRod, with a valuation of $48.01 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is an innovative mobile charging service with a patented network of kiosks. FuelRod is a convenient and reusable portable charging system available at strategically located kiosks where depleted or damaged FuelRods can be swapped for fresh units. The business has significant partnerships and has placements at destinations like theme parks, airports, college campuses, hospitals, and convention centers. Chi Yau and Joe Yeagley founded FuelRod in July 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $9,998.42 and a maximum target of $1.23 million. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offering(s) of the Week:
QuickLoadz Intermodal Robotics, with a valuation of $20 million, is raising funds on Republic. The company makes smartphone-controlled robotic trailers for faster, safer, and easier shipping. QuickLoadz Intermodal Robotics’ hardware consists of Wi-Fi-enabled and computer-controlled trailers that drivers operate using their smartphones and can load or unload 60,000 pounds of merchandise in less than three minutes. The platform solves final-mile distribution problems faced by companies like Amazon and has generated $10 million in revenue to date. Sean Jones and Bridget Liar founded QuickLoadz in April 2013. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $618,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for production, sales and marketing, and infrastructure. SuperCrowd LGBTQ Founders Offering(s) of the Week:
Pizza Brain is raising funds on Honeycomb. It is a local community pizzeria in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, that makes delicious pizza using fresh ingredients. Pizza Brain sells whole pies, slices, and salads and also has a museum of US pizza culture. The business makes its dough, sauce, and pepper flakes from scratch and features traditional and artisanal pies with modern flavor profiles. Michael Carter and Joseph Hunter founded Pizza Brain in April 2012. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $60,000 and a maximum target of $124,000.
