Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Ciel Creative Space is raising funds on SMBX. It is an award-winning multi-studio venue in Berkeley, California. Ciel Creative Space houses professionals from the fashion, music, art, and tech local and global realms and is at the forefront of the creative industry. The space enables creators to streamline their creative process under one roof and empowers clients through a studio experience and an inspiring environment. Cecilia Caparas Apelin and Alexis Laurent founded Ciel Creative Space in June 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $400,000. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
EVII Mission Hills, with a valuation of $5.59 million, is raising funds on Issuance Express. The company is developing one of the largest EV charging hubs in the Los Angeles area. EVII Mission Hills will work on a community ownership model and will feature 15 dual-plug hyper-fast DC chargers from EV Initiative. The project is expected to generate an annual revenue of $125,580 per charger, with the forecasted payback period of only 3.7 years for investors. Warren Navarro, Aaron Zeraldo, Tadhe Hovsepian, and Daniel Robinson founded EVII Mission Hills in March 2024. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $10,000 and a maximum target of $5 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for seed costs repayments, land, EV chargers, battery energy storage, permitting and engineering, paving, car ports, security systems, utility upgrades, installation and construction, and marketing. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Unbothered Foods, with a valuation of $3.6 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company makes fermented sourdough crackers for good gut health and happy tastebuds. Unbothered Foods aims to create foods packed with both flavor and health and leave people feeling happy and unbothered. The business landed its first regional retailer, Fresh Thyme, at the end of 2023 and increased its retail footprint by 300% in the first quarter of 2024. Morgan Murdock founded Unbothered Foods in July 2022. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $124,000. SuperCrowd LGBTQ Founders Offerings of the Week:
Obodo Serendipity Books is raising funds on Honeycomb. It is a small independent bookstore in Stratford, Connecticut. Obodo Serendipity Books offers a diverse variety of books rooted in social and emotional development and serves as a beacon of hope for the community. It is a first-of-its-kind bookstore in the United States and has a loyal customer base. Nikkya Hargrove founded Obodo Serendipity Books in October 2022. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $30,000 and a maximum target of $45,000.
