This Week’s New Crowdfunding Offerings Featuring Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership
You can advertise in Superpowers for Good. Click to learn more.
Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a curated list of new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. Using the SuperCrowd Classification Policy, we highlight offerings that qualify for Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership based on publicly available information and objective criteria. We prioritize these categories and also include other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community.
We organize the opportunities into four groups:
Social Impact offerings
Women in Leadership offerings
Underrepresented Founder Leadership offerings
Other new offerings added during the week
In some cases, classification details become clear only after additional public information is available. When an offering meets the criteria, we include it in the appropriate category, even if it was not part of the original weekly list. See the categorized offerings below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Changemaker Education, with a valuation of $5 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Founded and led by David Richards, the company is building the infrastructure behind the rapidly growing microschool movement by helping mission-driven educators launch and operate sustainable, community-centered schools. Rather than owning or operating campuses directly, Changemaker employs an asset-light model that supports founder-led microschools through operational systems, enrollment assistance, marketing support, compliance guidance, mentorship, and its proprietary Mind Body Soul (MBS) framework focused on whole-child development. The company believes that the future of education will be smaller, more personalized, and deeply connected to local communities, positioning itself as a scalable platform serving one of the fastest-growing segments in alternative education.
The business generates revenue through a compelling recurring model that combines a $5,000 founder licensing fee with an ongoing 10% revenue share from each microschool operating within the network. This approach allows Changemaker to scale without the costs associated with facilities, teachers, or traditional school operations. Early traction includes three microschools launched through its pilot cohort, seven founders preparing to launch schools in Fall 2026, active founders in more than 20 U.S. cities, and average monthly microschool revenues exceeding $10,000. The company has also built strategic partnerships across accreditation, curriculum, facility, insurance, and operational support providers, strengthening the infrastructure available to founders. Changemaker’s growing visibility is reflected in its expanding community of more than 4,500 LinkedIn followers and increasing interest from educators seeking alternatives to conventional K-12 systems.
Changemaker Education is raising capital to accelerate nationwide founder recruitment, strengthen enrollment and marketing systems, expand operational support capabilities, and standardize its Founder Success Systems. The company projects that a successfully scaled network could generate approximately $7.7 million in annual revenue and $5.3 million in EBITDA by 2032, driven primarily by recurring revenue-share agreements across its microschool network. Investors are participating through a SAFE offering featuring a 20% discount and a $5 million valuation cap, providing early exposure to a founder-first, asset-light education platform. With increasing demand for school choice, personalized learning environments, and microschool entrepreneurship, Changemaker Education aims to become the foundational infrastructure provider powering the next generation of community-driven education across the United States. SuperCrowd Women in Leadership Offerings of the Week:
Baking Encanto is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Founded and led by owner Maria Pelayo, Baking Encanto is a specialty bakery producing handcrafted artisanal sourdough breads, traditional pastries, and specialty desserts for its local community. Since launching in 2018, the business has grown from offering a small selection of core baked goods to an extensive menu that includes conchas, cinnamon rolls, macarons, cupcakes, banana pudding, breakfast pastries, and its signature brown butter cookies. The bakery differentiates itself through traditional baking methods, premium ingredients, and techniques such as Swiss meringue buttercream in its cake creations. Baking Encanto has built a loyal customer base by combining high-quality baked goods with a strong commitment to community engagement and local impact.
The business has gained regional recognition through media features on KGET 17 and Telemundo, helping increase brand visibility and strengthen community awareness. Beyond its commercial operations, Baking Encanto actively supports local nonprofit organizations, including The Chocolate Affair, which promotes childhood literacy and educational development. The bakery also regularly donates pastries for food bags distributed to individuals experiencing homelessness, reinforcing its reputation as a mission-driven business that prioritizes giving back. Through its combination of artisan craftsmanship, community involvement, and customer loyalty, Baking Encanto has established itself as a valued local brand within its market.
The funds raised through this offering will support the transition from a home-based operation to a dedicated retail bakery storefront. Capital will be used to install a gas line and complete essential renovations needed to prepare the new location for full bakery operations. The storefront will enable customers to purchase products throughout regular business hours, increase production capacity, and create opportunities for higher sales volumes than are possible through a home kitchen model. With an established reputation, growing community support, and plans to expand into a fully operational retail location, Baking Encanto aims to strengthen its local presence while continuing to deliver handcrafted baked goods made with tradition, quality, and heart. SuperCrowd Underrepresented Founder Leadership Offerings of the Week:
The Emancipation of Limits is raising funds on CineBlock Films through A PAJ TURNERVISION PRODUCTION LLC, founded and led by CEO A. Pāj Turner. Based on Turner’s original book of the same name, The Emancipation of Limits is an episodic suspense drama series exploring themes of entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, community development, and the tensions between legitimate and illicit pathways to success. Set against an urban backdrop, the project aims to deliver culturally relevant, character-driven storytelling designed to resonate with audiences seeking authentic narratives and social commentary. The company has adopted a scalable production model that allows the project to be developed and released in stages, beginning with initial episodes and potentially expanding into a full multi-season series or feature-length adaptation as funding grows.
Unlike traditional startup offerings, investors are purchasing Revenue Participation Units, which provide economic participation in the project’s future revenues rather than equity ownership. Investors collectively receive 100% of net revenues until achieving a 125% return on their original investment, after which they continue to participate in revenue generated from future seasons and derivative works. The company plans to monetize the project through streaming platform licensing agreements, digital distribution, broadcast rights, merchandising opportunities, and potential franchise expansion. The offering seeks between $50,000 and $1.235 million, with proceeds funding script development, casting, production, post-production, marketing, and distribution activities. At higher funding levels, the project could expand from a limited episodic release into a fully market-ready television series or feature film.
A. Pāj Turner brings extensive leadership and operational experience to the venture, including a distinguished 28-year military career in the United States Army and Navy. Turner made history as the first African American promoted to the rank of Chief Warrant Officer 5 in the U.S. Army Transportation Corps and managed programs involving more than $1 billion in combined military assets and capabilities throughout his career. Drawing on his experiences in leadership, community engagement, and economic empowerment, Turner has independently developed the underlying intellectual property and proof-of-concept materials for the project. With a growing demand for original streaming content and a strategy centered on founder-owned intellectual property, scalable production, and long-term franchise potential, The Emancipation of Limits aims to establish a sustainable entertainment platform capable of expanding into additional seasons, spin-offs, and related media opportunities while creating both cultural and commercial value. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
A. Pāj Turner was recently featured as a Guest on the Superpowers For Good show hosted by Devin Thorpe, where he discussed the inspiration behind The Emancipation of Limits, his journey from a distinguished military career to storytelling, and his vision for using entertainment to inspire entrepreneurship, economic empowerment, and community transformation. During the conversation, Turner shared how the project evolved from his original book into a scalable film and television franchise with the potential to create both cultural and economic impact. Watch the full episode to learn more about Turner’s mission, creative vision, and the opportunity behind The Emancipation of Limits.
