Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
CGB Green Liberty Notes is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Organized in 2021 under the Connecticut Green Bank, the first state-level green bank in the U.S., the company provides private investors with a vehicle to fund green energy initiatives that strengthen communities and combat climate change. This 13th issuance of the Green Liberty Notes is a one-year, designated Green Bond with proceeds used to support the Small Business Energy Advantage (SBEA) program, which helps nonprofits, small businesses, and municipal and state customers reduce energy costs through efficiency upgrades. Connecticut Green Bank has mobilized $2.88 billion in clean energy investment and maintains a 100% repayment record on all matured offerings. Bryan Garcia is the President and CEO of the Connecticut Green Bank. While there is no formal valuation, the current crowdfunding campaign accepts investment commitments beyond the $350,000 maximum funding goal, with individual investments capped at $28,045. The campaign proceeds will be used for debt service and participation in SBEA loan tranches to further green investment across Connecticut. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)

Grim Wizard Coffee is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Located in the Allentown neighborhood of Pittsburgh, PA, Grim Wizard Coffee offers a mystical and unconventional coffee experience that caters to creatives, pinball enthusiasts, and metalheads alike. The shop is known for its unique drinks like the Weedeater and Blood Eagle, a commitment to fair trade coffee, and locally sourced baked goods. Grim Wizard Coffee also features rare pinball machines, including a Primus machine signed by the band and one of only 16 available for public play worldwide. The business saw a 52% increase in revenue from 2023 to 2024 and maintains a 4.7-star rating on Google with over 950 reviews. Kelly Braden founded Grim Wizard Coffee, and the team was collectively voted runner-up for Best Barista in Pittsburgh by City Paper.
