Celebrating Our Friends and Partners: CfPA 2025 Industry Award Winners
Celebrating Leaders Using Crowdfunding to Build a Better, Fairer World
Superpowers for Good should not be considered investment advice. You should seek appropriate counsel before making investment decisions. When you purchase an item, launch a campaign or create an investment account after clicking a link here, we may earn a fee. Engage to support our work.
Each year, the Crowdfunding Professional Association (CfPA) recognizes leaders who embody the best of what regulated investment crowdfunding can be — innovators, visionaries, and community builders transforming finance for good.
At the 2025 Regulated Investment Crowdfunding Summit, five remarkable individuals and organizations were honored with CfPA Industry Awards. This year’s honorees include several people who are near and dear to the Superpowers for Good and Super Crowd community — people we’ve worked with, featured, and cheered on for years.
💜 Pay It Forward Award — Paul Lovejoy, Stakeholder Enterprise
No one embodies the collaborative, pay-it-forward spirit of crowdfunding more than Paul Lovejoy. Paul is not only an active member of the SuperCrowd community, but he’s also a frequent guest on the Superpowers for Good show and a consistent judge at our Superpowers for Good Live Pitch events.
Paul made history by investing in at least one Reg CF offering every single day for an entire year — yes, all 366 days of a leap year! That’s not just commitment; it’s a statement about belief in democratized finance. Through his writing, mentoring, and endless enthusiasm, Paul reminds us all that crowdfunding isn’t just about capital — it’s about community, connection, and conviction.
Paul, from all of us at The Super Crowd, Inc., thank you for paying it forward every single day. You make us proud to be part of this movement.
🏡 Cool Innovator Award — Azure Printed Homes
We’ve been following Azure Printed Homes since their early days — and what a ride it’s been! The Impact Cherub Club chose to invest in Azure years ago because of their powerful mission: turning recycled plastic waste into beautiful, sustainable, 3D-printed homes.
Led by Gene Eidelman, Azure has delivered housing for fire victims, the unhoused, and families priced out of traditional housing — all while securing over $40 million in preorders nationwide. Their innovation proves that sustainability and affordability can coexist.
Gene has joined us twice on the Superpowers for Good show, and Azure has taken part in our SuperCrowdLA Live Pitch event. Watching their journey from bold idea to industry leader has been a thrill. Congratulations, Gene and the Azure team, for continuing to redefine what’s possible in housing.
Social Impact Award — Eve Picker, Small Change
We’ve long admired Eve Picker, founder and CEO of Small Change, for her tenacious dedication to using crowdfunding to reshape urban spaces and expand opportunity. A past guest on Superpowers for Good, Eve has built a portal that opens doors for socially responsible real estate development — projects that make cities more livable, inclusive, and beautiful.
Through Small Change, Eve has empowered dozens of developers to raise capital from everyday investors — including CfPA President Jenny Kassan, who’s currently raising for Opportunity Main Street on the Small Change platform.
Eve, you’re a champion for impact-driven investing, a trailblazer for women in fintech, and an inspiration to all of us who believe in using finance to build better communities.
Trailblazer and Rocket Awards—Mark Elenowitz and Brad Larschan
Two other visionaries were also honored: Mark Elenowitz of Digital Offering received the Trailblazer Award for pioneering Reg A+ offerings, helping chart the course for today’s crowdfunding ecosystem. And Brad Larschan of Avadain received the Rocket Award for a stunningly fast Reg CF debut—nearly maxing out in record time.
Both represent the forward momentum of our industry: the innovators and doers ensuring that crowdfunding continues to grow, evolve, and empower.
A Personal Note
As someone who’s been part of this ecosystem since the beginning—as a former CfPA President, an investor, and a champion for impact crowdfunding—I find moments like this deeply moving. These awards remind us that regulated investment crowdfunding isn’t just about raising capital. It’s about raising people, raising communities, and raising possibilities.
To Paul, Gene, Eve, Mark, and Brad—congratulations from all of us at The Super Crowd, Inc. You inspire us to keep building bridges between capital and impact.
Here’s to the dreamers, the builders, and the believers who are proving that we can fund a better future — one offering at a time.
