SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Smart Cups, with a valuation of $57.79 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company has developed a patented delivery system platform that creates sustainable consumer packaged products. Smart Cups uses its novel microencapsulation printing to eliminate liquid from consumer packaged goods and enables their liquidness transportation. The technology helps to reduce carbon emissions, packaging, and global warming and has been featured in FOX, ABC 7, Time Magazine, and Forbes. Chris Kanik founded Smart Cups in February 2023. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $14,997.80 and a maximum target of $3.9 million. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Colive is raising funds on SMBX. The business is based in Newark, Delaware, and makes artisan olive oil using fresh olives. Colive sources its olives from local farms that grow them sustainably using regenerative agriculture methods and bring out a bright and complex flavor. The business also donates to education and social businesses and maximizes its impact. Colive has its products in 502 Whole Foods stores nationwide and reported a 35% growth in the first year of operations. Hasan Siber founded Colive in September 2018. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $20,000 and a maximum target of $50,000. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Cadence OTC, with a valuation of $73 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company makes birth control without barriers and aims to sell it over-the-counter without a prescription. Cadence OTC plans to make over-the-counter birth control accessible to everyone, everywhere, and is working with the FDA to enable The Pill to be sold without a prescription through the Rx-to-OTC switch process. The business has a revenue run rate of $3 million and has an exclusive partnership with the number one distributor of healthcare products in 180,000 US convenience stores. Samantha Miller, Nap Hosang, and Malcolm Potts founded Cadence OTC in September 2014. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $3 million. The campaign proceeds will be used for the commercial launch of the emergency contraceptive product and the pregnancy test product, as well as manufacturing and final selection studies for the OTC pill. SuperCrowd LGBTQ Founders Offerings of the Week:
VitaBowl, with a valuation of $9.99 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. The company offers nutritionist-designed and chef-refined superfood meals. VitaBowl meals are personalized and health-focused and are guided by a 3-star Michelin Chef to help people heal their bodies from the inside out. The business also offers a telehealth service that connects users with nutritionists and provides them with tailored meals. VitaBowl has key B2B clients, including Cedars Sinai and UCLA Health, and has shipped over 200,000 meals. Dominique Crenn, Charles Yim, Miko Lorenzo, and Sarah Brandow founded VitaBowl in November 2019. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $15,000 and a maximum target of $1.23 million.
