Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Those with LGBTQ founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, minority or LGBTQ founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
BRG Therapeutics, with a valuation of $7.5 million, is raising funds on FundingHope. The company is developing a new class of dual-action therapeutics with both antiviral and anticancer potential, discovered by veterinary pathologists Dale M. Walker, DVM, and Vernon E. Walker, DVM, PhD. BRG Therapeutics’ innovative drug family—known as BRG therapeutics—uses combination-based chemical innovation to unlock new therapeutic power from a proven compound, aiming to treat drug-resistant cancers and severe viral infections. The drugs have demonstrated strong in-vitro efficacy and safety in pre-clinical testing.
The business is advancing toward filing an Investigational New Drug (IND) application with the FDA, the key milestone needed to begin human clinical trials. BRG Therapeutics is focused on serving cancer patients with limited treatment options and populations affected by viral outbreaks across global markets. The opportunity aligns with major industry demands, including the $190 billion global oncology market and the $60 billion antiviral drug market.
Campaign proceeds will support research and development, regulatory readiness, sponsor and partner development, IP protection, and general operating expenses. (We use AI to help us write offerings summaries.)
SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Café Expansion is raising funds on Small Change. The project aims to revitalize one of Springville, New York’s most visible historic structures—3 East Main Street—by expanding the thriving community-driven Art’s Café. Managed by Seth Wochensky, the initiative builds on the success of the café, which began in a once-collapsed 1880 building that was rebuilt through years of community labor, state grants, and volunteer-led preservation work. Today, Art’s Café serves as a bustling artisan bakery, café, arts workshop, performance venue, and green-roof gathering space, attracting thousands of visitors each year and generating over half a million dollars in annual sales.
The Café Expansion project seeks to rescue the long-vacant adjacent building and transform it into an art and artisan food market, expanded production facility, commissary kitchen for local food entrepreneurs, artist housing, and an extension of the café’s green and social spaces. The expansion will further support Springville’s downtown revitalization by increasing operational capacity, strengthening the local creative economy, and incorporating sustainable features such as an expanded green roof, solar panels, and geothermal heating and cooling. Community owners will receive café perks, voting rights, and the opportunity to participate in future bond offerings, deepening their role in the neighborhood’s renewal.
The current crowdfunding campaign invites community members and supporters to invest in the expansion of Art’s Café. Funds raised will be used for construction at 3 East Main Street, equipment purchases, modifications to the existing café kitchen, and working capital. Through this offering, investors can help preserve a significant historic building, support local entrepreneurship, and continue the momentum of Springville’s Main Street revitalization—while securing a place in a unique community-owned model for economic and cultural development. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
TLH Reckoning, with a valuation of $6.5 million, is raising funds on Wefunder to build the future of women’s soccer through Tallahassee’s first-ever women’s pre-professional soccer club and academy. Founded by Dr. Ashlee Fontes, a trailblazer with decades of leadership in women’s sports and the architect behind national soccer organizations, TLH Reckoning is redefining access, equity, and opportunity for female athletes. The club has already earned citywide recognition—being voted #1 in Entertainment and #1 in Youth Sports, securing a Professional Player Pathway alliance with NWSL Champions Gotham FC, and sending multiple players to the pros. With a development-first model, TLH Reckoning is creating a talent pipeline for girls and women who have historically lacked pathways in regions like Tallahassee.
The organization has grown rapidly since its 2023 launch, fielding USL W League and WPSL teams, breaking scoring records, reaching the playoffs, and receiving official recognition from the city—June 21 is now TLH Reckoning Day. Led by a visionary founder with a proven track record of starting major soccer institutions, the club is building a youth-to-pro ecosystem designed to support athletes holistically through housing, nutrition, mental performance coaching, training resources, scouting, and professional mentorship. TLH Reckoning’s mission extends beyond sport: it empowers communities, engages families, and uses soccer as a vehicle to create lasting social change.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support expanded player development, upgraded training resources, enhanced staff capacity, increased community outreach, and continued investment in year-round youth and pre-professional programming. Funds will also help sustain the club’s high standard of player care—including coaching, travel, mental health support, strength and conditioning, and professional development tools—while fueling future growth toward stadium development, residential academy plans, and a long-term professional bid. TLH Reckoning invites supporters to join as community owners and help build a globally recognized destination for women’s soccer, where athletes can dream, play, and succeed. SuperCrowd LGBTQ Founders Offerings of the Week:
Eagle Cathedral City is raising funds on Wefunder to build Palm Springs’ premier leather bar and nightlife destination for gay men. The new venue will revive a beloved community space that closed in 2024, restoring a cultural hub that served the LGBTQ+ and leather community for more than three decades. Led by Founder & CEO Phillip Nalwalker and Founder & President Jeremy Nalwalker, Eagle Cathedral City is designed to honor the legacy of the global Eagle brand—while creating a modern, safe, and fully reimagined venue for today’s community. The project has already generated overwhelming excitement, gaining 4,700+ Instagram followers, 1,000+ email signups on launch day, and enthusiastic outreach from DJs, promoters, and patrons worldwide.
The revamped Eagle Cathedral City will feature top-tier sound and lighting systems, expanded patio space, new palm trees and shade structures, and fully upgraded safety infrastructure—including a dedicated water line for the fire suppression system. The design includes large, modernized restrooms, a locker area in place of coat check, a refreshed Rough Trade Gear retail presence, and new event experiences such as strip poker and gogo wrestling nights. By rebuilding from the ground up, the founders aim to create the most vibrant gathering place for gay men in Palm Springs—one that delivers inclusivity, innovation, and authentic Eagle atmosphere.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support venue construction, safety upgrades, interior and exterior renovations, and programming development, including major community events and expanded outdoor areas. Additional funds will strengthen partnerships, support local nonprofits, and grow the club’s role as a social and cultural anchor. Through cover charges, drink sales, event hosting, and merchandise partnerships, Eagle Cathedral City plans to become the leading nightlife destination for residents and visitors alike—celebrating community, history, and a renewed sense of belonging in the Coachella Valley.
