SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:

Biochar Life is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is empowering smallholder farmers with its biochar. Biochar is a supercharcoal made by heating biomass without oxygen and helps to remove carbon dioxide from the atmosphere without burning. Biochar Life aims to reduce carbon emissions, enhance public health, reduce poverty, and increase employment. The business has reported a five-time revenue growth in the last twelve months and brought about a sizeable environmental impact with the removal of 10,000 tonnes of carbon dioxide to date. Jason Highberger, Aom Kwanpiromtara, and Evelind Schecter founded Biochar Life in February 2022. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $350,000. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:

Pho’nomenal Bowls, with a valuation of $39.01 million, is raising funds on StartEngine. It is a food distribution company that specializes in high-quality Vietnamese foods and pho products. Pho’nomenal Bowls blends tradition and taste by recreating traditional grandmother-approved recipes into Pho Bowls and Pho Kits. The business sells its products in over 4,000 retail stores, numerous military bases, 2,000 substance abuse centers, and Costco and generated $3.34 million in revenue in 2022. Duc Trong Pham founded Pho’nomenal Bowls in October 2017. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $14,998.83 and a maximum target of $1.23 million. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:

Nuudii System, with a valuation of $11 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. It is a boobwear brand that uses innovation, technology, and patented design to create comfortable lifestyle products. Nuudii System’s boobwear is the option between bra and braless and empowers women to own their wonderfully unique shape. Nuudii System has over 100,000 customers in 40 countries, with lifetime sales of $6 million and gross margins of 78%. Annette Azan founded Nuudii System in March 2016. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $50,000 and a maximum target of $618,000. The campaign proceeds will be used for marketing, inventory, product development, and hiring. SuperCrowd LGBTQ Founders Offerings of the Week:

Yacht Water, with a valuation of $14.4 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is launching its sparkling water brand as a go-to escape beverage and alcohol/soda alternative. Yacht Water is about hydration, fun, and relaxation and is ready to launch in stores and DTC by the summer of 2024. The business is also socially responsible and plans to share its profits with the Jackson, MS water crisis, and other impactful initiatives. Arlan Hamilton founded Yacht Water in March 2024. The current crowdfunding campaign has a minimum target of $100,000 and a maximum target of $5 million.
