Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a list of new impact-related offerings added to FINRA-Registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. We’ll share four separate lists:
Impact offerings determined by our proprietary analysis.
Offerings with minority founders.
Deals with women founders.
Sometimes, it takes weeks for our source to determine that a company has a social impact, a woman, or minority founder. When we discover an offering qualifies for our list, even if it is no longer new, we will include it. See the lists below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
Autism Optimism Illinois, with a valuation of $5 million, is raising funds on FundingHope. The company is building integrated autism therapy clinics designed to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care under one roof by combining Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), speech therapy, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. Autism Optimism Illinois aims to address long wait times, fragmented services, and clinician burnout through a scalable, franchise-supported care delivery model focused on both patient-family outcomes and clinician empowerment.
The organization was founded by Chip Borkowski, inspired by his lived experience as the father of an autistic adult son. The mission-driven model pledges 10% of net profits to Misericordia Heart of Mercy, reinforcing its commitment to community impact. The company’s integrated clinics will feature personalized treatment plans, real-time progress tracking, caregiver training, and sensory-friendly environments. Its launch market is DuPage County within the greater Chicagoland area, a region with significant demand for autism services and strong policy support for integrated care models.
The current crowdfunding campaign will fund the launch of its flagship ~5,000 sq. ft. therapy center planned for Q2 2026. Proceeds will be used for facility build-out, clinical equipment, staffing, compliance, and initial operating runway. The investment is structured as a convertible note, and the clinic is designed to serve as both a treatment hub and a scalable operational blueprint for future expansion across Illinois. SuperCrowd Minority Founders Offerings of the Week:
Lit Motors, with a valuation of $110 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. The company is developing next-generation electric vehicles focused on reimagining personal mobility through safety, efficiency, and design innovation. Its flagship product, the Nexus Auto-Balance Electric Vehicle (AEV), is a fully enclosed, two-wheeled, self-balancing EV that combines car-level protection with motorcycle-level agility, delivering improved energy efficiency, reduced material usage, and lower ownership costs.
The company was founded by Danny Kim, who serves as CEO and CTO. Lit Motors leverages proprietary gyroscopic stabilization technology powered by Control Moment Gyroscopes (CMGs), supported by a global patent portfolio spanning dozens of issued and filed patents. The platform integrates deep-tech robotics and Physical AI across sensing, cognition, and actuation layers, enabling enhanced balance, safety, and autonomous potential. The company has built multiple prototypes, secured more than 1,500 preorders, and attracted notable investors and engineering talent from leading automotive and aerospace organizations.
The current crowdfunding campaign will support the advancement of Lit Motors’ production-ready X-1 prototype, validation of real-world vehicle performance, supply chain and tooling strategy, and broader commercialization efforts. Proceeds will also help accelerate manufacturing readiness, regulatory homologation, and market entry as the company transitions from advanced R&D to scalable vehicle production. SuperCrowd Women Founders Offerings of the Week:
Solutionz, with a valuation of $20.8 million, is raising funds on Netcapital. The company delivers a new model for B2B engagement through its SMARTtools™ platform, a flexible suite of plug-and-play digital tools designed to drive customer growth, loyalty, and social impact through travel and event booking. Its offerings include the SMARTtrip suite powered by the patent-pending TravelingToGive™ platform, as well as SMARTgrowth tools that integrate productivity, marketing technology, and the company’s proprietary Triple Win Formula to help organizations monetize travel activity already occurring within their ecosystems.
The company was founded by Chicke Fitzgerald, who serves as CEO, Founder, Chief Rainmaker, and Lead Investor. Solutionz’ tools are live and market-tested with clients across nonprofits, enterprises, events, media, and destination sectors. Its product suite includes SMARTLauncher for contextual trip planning within Google environments, SMARTsnapshot link management, SMARTbranding for AI-resilient marketing engagement, and upcoming tools such as SMARTcalendar™ and tVITE™. The platform embeds directly into websites, browsers, and digital systems, enabling faster deployment, higher conversion rates, and scalable revenue generation without heavy customization.
The current crowdfunding campaign proceeds will be used to scale sales and marketing operations, expand intellectual property coverage, accelerate product development, and grow the permanent team. Funds will also support partner marketplace integrations, new platform features, and continued expansion of the company’s embedded travel commerce ecosystem, positioning Solutionz to capture a significant share of the underserved life-event and unmanaged business travel market.
