Attorney Comments On Best Practices For General Solicitation
Last summer, I met Jillian Sidoti at a crowdfunding conference and have been trying to get her on my show ever since! We’ve finally got her.
Jillian is a lawyer who helps entrepreneurs with equity offerings, including crowdfunded offerings under Regulation D section 506(c), which allows for general solicitation.
In the fourteen months since the SEC issued the new rules for 506(c), a framework of best legal practices has begun to emerge and Jillian has been at the leading edge of this practice.
For entrepreneurs looking to raise money via equity crowdfunding, this interview is a can’t miss event!
On Tuesday, December 30, 2014 at noon Eastern, Jillian will join me for a live discussion about best practices for a general solicitation in a securities offering. Tune in here then to watch the interview live.
