You can advertise in Superpowers for Good. Click to learn more.
Each week, Superpowers for Good shares a curated list of new investment offerings added to FINRA-registered crowdfunding portals and by broker-dealers. Using the SuperCrowd Classification Policy, we highlight offerings that qualify for Social Impact, Women in Leadership, and Underrepresented Founder Leadership based on publicly available information and objective criteria. We prioritize these categories and also include other newly launched offerings that may be of interest to our community.
We organize the opportunities into four groups:
Social Impact offerings
Women in Leadership offerings
Underrepresented Founder Leadership offerings
Other new offerings added during the week
In some cases, classification details become clear only after additional public information is available. When an offering meets the criteria, we include it in the appropriate category, even if it was not part of the original weekly list. See the categorized offerings below.

SuperCrowd Social Impact Offerings of the Week:
ARTHIA AI, with a valuation of $15 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Founded and led by CEO Eric Coury, the company is developing a behavioral intelligence and governance layer for ambient AI, designed to help artificial intelligence interact with humans safely, effectively, and ethically. ARTHIA is not another AI model; instead, it is building the infrastructure that determines when AI should speak, what it should say to a specific person, and how it should communicate in a particular moment. The company has filed 11 patents covering more than 60 inventions and 240+ claims, including claims around a new category it calls Real-Time Human Intelligence Augmentation and its H-OS, or Human Relational Operating System.
ARTHIA addresses what it identifies as three critical challenges for ambient AI: recognizing the right moment to speak, generating guidance tailored to a specific individual, and adapting tone, timing, and delivery to what that person can actually receive. Its platform combines real-time behavioral signals with more than 40 evidence-based frameworks spanning psychology, linguistics, behavioral economics, and human development. The technology is designed to support four modes: Practice, which enables users to rehearse professional and personal scenarios; Session, which provides private, real-time guidance during live conversations; Debrief, which analyzes interactions and identifies patterns and missed opportunities; and Companion, the company’s longer-term vision for a personalized ambient AI presence that learns from interactions while prioritizing user independence.
The company is pursuing a privacy-first approach as a Public Benefit Corporation, with safety and privacy incorporated into its corporate structure. ARTHIA states that raw audio is never recorded, user data is encrypted and not sold or shared, and its safety architecture is designed to remain in place regardless of future ownership or operation. The company envisions its technology being used across professional and personal settings, including sales, human resources, executive development, financial services, real estate, education, negotiations, and other situations where real-time human interaction is important.
ARTHIA’s business model is planned in three phases. The first focuses on enterprise SaaS through per-seat licensing for organizations in sectors such as sales, HR, executive development, financial services, and real estate, with a target price of $200–$500 per seat per month. The second involves licensing its behavioral governance layer to AI developers and hardware OEMs building ambient AI products, potentially generating recurring licensing royalties. The third is the development of a consumer Companion experience designed to provide personalized behavioral intelligence throughout everyday life. The company believes that major technology companies developing ambient AI could ultimately require infrastructure capable of governing how these systems interact with people.
Founder and CEO Eric Coury is a former classroom teacher and father of three daughters who previously built two companies, including a real estate business and a SaaS productivity company that reached post-revenue status without outside investment. Before raising capital for ARTHIA, Coury says he developed the platform, established the Public Benefit Corporation, and filed the company’s patent portfolio.
Eric Coury was recently featured on the Superpowers for Good show, where he discussed ARTHIA’s mission to build privacy-first guardrails for ambient AI and the technology behind the company. You can watch his full interview here:
ARTHIA plans to use the current crowdfunding opportunity to advance its behavioral intelligence platform, pursue enterprise contracts, expand its patented governing-layer infrastructure, and develop the foundation for future platform licensing and consumer applications. With a growing intellectual property portfolio, a privacy-first corporate structure, and a strategy focused on becoming infrastructure for the emerging ambient AI ecosystem, ARTHIA AI is positioning itself around the belief that the future of AI should not simply be more intelligent, but more responsible in how it operates alongside people. SuperCrowd Women in Leadership Offerings of the Week:
GigaStar, with a valuation of $58 million, is raising funds on Wefunder. Founded and led by CEO Hazem Dawani, with CMO Sarah McNabb, the company is building what it describes as the “NASDAQ of the Creator Economy”—an SEC-registered platform that turns Creator businesses and their recurring revenue into investable and tradable securities. GigaStar enables Creators to raise capital by offering investors a share of their future YouTube revenue, while Investors receive monthly distributions as those channels generate revenue. With the launch of GigaStar Trading, its SEC-registered digital Alternative Trading System (ATS) secondary market, investors can also buy and sell eligible Creator revenue securities after a 12-month holding period, creating an end-to-end marketplace for Creator financing, distributions, and secondary trading.
The company has already demonstrated significant traction, having facilitated more than $7 million in capital raised for Creators and distributed more than $1.4 million to Investors. GigaStar currently processes approximately $3.6 million in annual YouTube revenue for Investors, representing 364% year-over-year growth, while revenue increased 56% from $350,792 in 2024 to $548,790 in 2025 and audited gross profit grew 65%. In 2025, GigaStar raised $1.5 million in just 12 hours on Wefunder, which the company says was the fastest Wefunder campaign of the year. The platform has also attracted more than 2,675 investors and is backed by institutional investors including Belvedere Strategic Capital and Nameless Ventures, with $9.8 million in total funding.
GigaStar operates at the intersection of the rapidly expanding Creator Economy and the emerging market for regulated digital securities. The company aims to address the financing gap faced by Creators, who often have substantial audiences and recurring revenue but limited access to traditional business financing, while giving everyday Investors a way to gain direct exposure to Creator businesses. Its business model generates revenue through transaction fees on capital raises, revenue distributions, and trades, as well as infrastructure SaaS fees and value-added services such as routing, compliance monitoring, and liquidity management.
The company is led by a team with experience across financial technology, digital assets, and the Creator Economy, including executives with prior exits to Robinhood and Disney. GigaStar is one of only 10 companies in the U.S. cleared to trade digital asset securities and says its regulatory infrastructure, Creator and Investor network, and existing transaction history create barriers for potential competitors. Having established its initial market around YouTube, GigaStar plans to expand the model to other Creator platforms including Substack, Twitch, Instagram, Beehiiv, and TikTok. The company plans to use the new capital to bring institutional capital onto the platform, expand liquidity on GigaStar Trading, and continue building regulated financial infrastructure for the Creator Economy. With a live primary market, a newly launched secondary market, growing Creator revenue flows, and a model designed to make Creator businesses investable and tradable, GigaStar aims to establish Creator revenue as a new regulated asset class while giving everyday Investors greater access to the growth of the Creator Economy. SuperCrowd Underrepresented Founder Leadership Offerings of the Week:
Chainsaw LA is raising funds on Honeycomb Credit. Founded and led by chef Karla Subero Pittol, the Los Angeles-based culinary project is redefining how people gather around food through intimate, garage-style dining experiences that combine bold, innovative flavors with a strong sense of community. Inspired by Karla’s Venezuelan roots and the vibrant Los Angeles food scene, Chainsaw LA is known for inventive pies, unexpected ice cream flavors, fireside pop-ups, collaborative dinners, and café partnerships.
What began as a garage-based underground dining experience has grown into a beloved local culinary project with a loyal following. Chainsaw LA has been featured in prominent publications including The New York Times T Magazine, Chuck Magazine, LA Times Image, The New Yorker, Edible LA, Toothache Magazine, The Infatuation, and Eater LA, helping build recognition for its distinctive approach to food and community. The project’s mission is to bring its sought-after desserts and dining experiences into a permanent space while maintaining the creative, independent spirit that has defined the brand.
The current campaign will provide capital to support Chainsaw LA’s transition from an underground dining experience into a fully equipped, community-focused culinary venture. Funds will be used to purchase commercial kitchen equipment and refrigeration units to expand pie and ice cream production, while also covering early operational costs such as staffing, permitting, ingredients, packaging, and event infrastructure.
With a growing reputation, strong local following, distinctive culinary identity, and a proven ability to create memorable food experiences, Chainsaw LA aims to establish a permanent home while continuing to deliver imaginative, community-centered dining experiences that reflect the energy and diversity of Los Angeles.
