I think you're experience--and that of hundreds of small businesses raising on Honeycomb Credit, SMBX and a few other small-business focused platforms--is proving the essential, fundamental value of local investing. Personally, I think the returns to investors are fabulous and on terms that are great for the borrowers, too.
